Miami is a wild and crazy place filled with endless entertainment and things to do. The city is always alive with lots of energy and activity. Some days it is nice to get out into the unique nature that surrounds this cultural city. Whether by land or sea, you going to have a great time with the local nature.

The Everglades is really special to Florida. There are some Everglade terrain in other gulf states but Florida prides itself on their Everglade Park. The mile high city is full of incredibly fun and exciting features that contribute to the overall atmosphere and reputation of this great Colorado city. And the Denver Broncos are one of the main passions for residents not only in Denver but throughout the state. Orange crush signs, clothing and other gear is extremely popular across the state and Denver is known as one of the nation’s biggest football oriented cultures. And of course that’s not intended to imply that every person who lives in Denver is a football fan, though undoubtedly a major percentage of the population is. And Invesco Field, popularly known as the Mile High Stadium, is almost always filled to capacity on game days.

Attending a Broncos game is an incredibly exciting event and is even popular for tourists who are staying in one of the best Denver hotels . In addition to being a major part of the city’s culture the Broncos have produced three Pro Football Hall of Fame players, John Elway , Gary Zimmerman and Floyd Little. Few people ever wonder what they’re going to do when they arrive in Boston. This is due to the fact that Boston is so full of important historic buildings, landmarks and monuments and this is one of the primary reasons people visit the city every year. Laupahoehoe has the Laupahoehoe Train Museum for the locomotive enthusiasts who enjoy seeing how the train has influenced the growth of an area. The museum is the old home of the station agent and is furnished in decor of the early 1900s. Much of the train railway of the past has been destroyed by Tsunami’s but this museum has been able to collect some artifacts, photographs and other memorabilia from the old railway days.

Memphis is well known for a large number of reasons and perhaps the most famous of all is that it is the location of Elvis Presley’s mansion Graceland. This is now the property of his daughter Lisa Marie Presley who has only retained a portion of the ownership. And while millions of people visit Graceland every year and it is the number one tourist destination in the city, there are a great number of other attractions and cultural establishments to entertain and interest visitors while they are in town. And one of the great aspects of the city, which is also something that is frequently only discovered once people arrive there, is the incredible barbecue restaurants that exist there. People may decide to visit Memphis to tour Graceland but they will return for the great barbecue.

In addition the opportunities for deep sea fishing, sailing and other water oriented activities are plentiful and the golf courses all have incredible views. There are plenty of public courses , though as is true for any other city, you will want to check in advance to determine any particular rule or regulation standard and assure your access. You will also want to make sure they have a pro shop and can lend clubs. If you are going to pick any country to see in Northern Europe it should be England . One could spend weeks exploring London and still have missed something key they’d have to stay longer just to see. If you are a fan of prehistory sites then just east of London where you will find several standing stone circles which experts are still arguing over as to the original uses. These are awe inspiring sites for many and some even make spiritual pilgrimages to visit Stonehenge or Avebury though they are far from the only stone circles in England and definitely not the only ones in Europe. If you prefer something a little more recent or are a music history buff you’ll be sad if you miss a chance to visit Liverpool, the birthplace of rock and roll. The Beatles have become the most played and cherished band on Earth and this is where they started. Liverpool is dotted with sites that are familiar names from songs and a visit to this city will make you feel closer to them.

This island country off the European mainland has so much to see and you might have to just come back for a second trip to England because you may decide that there’s just too much to see.

The things about L.A. that everybody hears are all very true. It’s only because it’s such a big place, and there are so many people from all walks of life, that everything is probably true somewhere here. But one thing that’s not entirely true, but pretty close to true, is that nobody walks in L.A. It’s definitely a place where people love their cars, like Sarah Jessica Parker’s character explained to Steve Martin’s character in L.A. Story .

Who knows when people began to look down on mass transit, but it did happen here, and there’s a strange stigma associated with it. Perhaps it’s because the place is so very spread out, and anyone who takes the subway is limited to a small part of the city. That means that anyone who wants to do things around town on any given day would have to drive, or spend more time traveling than working.

However, there are some who are fiercely independent-minded, and starting to take back the right to live car-free. It is possible to get around here, they find, it just takes a little bit of ingenuity. Depending on the metro system is only inconvenient if one is used to do trying to do without it, so these are simply good habits that can be adopted.

But for those who aren’t looking for long trips, or even needing a car, and just coming to town to stay in the best hotels Los Angeles has to offer, there are lots of wonderful things to do in any neighborhood, and that’s one of the real joys about being here. That Missing Persons song, Nobody Walks in L.A. might be pretty accurate for the 80s and today, but tomorrow is another opportunity altogether to make things different here. The second largest city in the U.S. can certainly compete with the first for a great transit system. That’s a greening that would affect everyone.
